I don't mind living outside of town, because 1) the 30-minute hilly walk is great exercise for my lazy ass and 2) it makes me feel saintly and non-pollutive, always a welcome addition to my sinful life.

But not now. Not when I am friggin sick, everybody I know is out of town and I have to spend an hour walking to get tea and cold relief medication.

How sorry am I feeling for myself right now? ;-)
