my crazy hectic life

I couldn't possibly be any busier. I have been running around taking care of soo much stuff and now I'm wondering why I decided to work 2 jobs. I don't COMPLETELY hate the tech support job, but it is frustrating to be at work at 4am and deal with people who don't know how to turn a computer on ( Read more... )

You're coming over to tech support? Sweet! Not all of the calls are bad but I have had a few calls go over 30 min because the customer was either REALLY stubborn or just didn't know how to work the comp.. As far as call volume goes they've been taking it pretty easy on us and I've had about 30 calls/day. The busiest time is between 4am-7am because there are only 4 of us taking calls.

Well I plan on going the earliest possible so I should be there... but that's another two weeks or so. We're coming up next week to start listening in. ^_^

Oh! I forgot that you didn't know about me transfering! The other contract was WAY over my head and I got confused within the week, and working on it was supposed to lead to bigger and better computer jobs, and I don't know about you but I don't want to work in computers for the rest of my life X-P

down with the tech support!! one of my friends is about to start working for AOL tech support, I told him to used to saying Ma'am take the reciever off the top of the monitor.

Yeah I get a lot of calls from people who don't even know where the start menu is, or why they need their modem plugged in..
