So I'm excited and nervous about the fall semester. Deep down though, I really think its going to be a good semester. Here's my schedule:
PHY4604 Intro to Quantum Mechanics
PHY4324 Electromagnetism 2
EMA3010 Intro to Materials
REL3938 Christianity in Modern Thought
So it shouldn't be too bad, and it all has the potential to be interesting (to me anyway). I think I'm going to take REL3938 Pass/Fail because I'm a sissy and I don't really need it. I'm taking it with Dr. Richard Horner who is the director of the
Christian Study Center of Gainesville. Its definitely a good place to go if you like coffee and/or conversation. Either way, I've been hearing for sometime now how I need to meet this man. So now I should be able to get to know him pretty well. Plus it will be a good constructive way to take my mind off of physics and materials.
In any case, if you pray, please do for me to show character and discipline in school this fall. Its going to be hard work, but I'm almost to the end. What I do now could set me up for grad school and the ability to find a decent job if I work hard and work smart.
