Happy Thoughts
Whenever I get overly stressed, I have to remember that none of this will matter in 100 years, and that obviously I am worrying over nothing. Whatever happens, will happen, and the best we can do is deal with it.

I will get a job whenever I get a job. And when that time comes, I will work hard and do my best. Whatever others think of me will not influence how I feel about myself. I will not become insecure and worry that I am failing expectations, because that will not move me forward. I will learn from my mistakes, but I will not hate myself for them. Because I would not hate others for them either.
In 1000 years, all of my worries will have been irrelevant. My problems are small. They do not decide the fate of the world. I am a small speck of dust in the universe, and while I am here, I will be happy.
I will leave the world a better place than I have found it.
