And considering how much they like games, don't you think they'd, you know, play around a little? ;)

...this needs to happen in a fic somewhere RIGHT NOW. lol You know, I keep saying it... Strip Duel Monsters. I'm sure it exists in canon somewhere. XD;

I bet they have some fantastic roleplays and kinky stuff and 'it's not technically a sex game but that's what it usually ends up as'.

Yugioh needs a kink meme so that I can request that now. haha I agree though, fandom needs more writers that let Yuugi top. It'd be amazing. *_* Also, pharaoh-boy isn't so tough and manly that he can't be bottom ever either. He's always bottom when people pair him with Kaiba. And Yuugi's way more boyish than Yami, if you really think about it. haha At least Yuugi doesn't sit with his legs crossed.

It occurs to me now just how hilarious Yuugi/Yami are as a couple. XD; They both toe the masculine/feminine line. Just in REALLY different ways.

You know, that's what I always figured would happen. Yami's just so damn... lovingly protective towards Yuugi. He'd be all "No, wait aibou. Let me do this part." And then he'd show Yuugi the best thirty seconds of his life. XD hahaha

Uuuunf. Sight the King. Yeeees. I blame that fic for half the stuff I spouted up there. It changed my life. No really. That girl writes like... my ideal puzzleshipping dynamic. I learned a lot from her. It's a damn tragedy she never finished the OTHER Yugioh epic she was supposed to be writing. T__T My woe is never-ending.

Unequal but equal. Unf. Yes. They complement each other very well. And I love the regard with which Atem holds Yuugi, and vice versa. The ending of the series slays me every time, with the sheer amount of pride Atem has for Yuugi in that moment. And Yuugi, wanting to keep Atem forever but knowing that letting him go is what must be done for Atem's own good. (note power dynamic right there, who decides where Atem goes/stays? Yuugi. lol)

I don't care WHICH one of them is on top/bottom so long as they keep being amazing and complicated and full of chemistry at each other forever. haha

I like that part in Duelist Kingdom, in the manga, where Yuugi talks to his grandpa's trapped spirit, and his grandpa tells him not to just go along with whatever Atem does, because Atem isn't perfect either, and will need Yuugi's moral guidance and support to pull through. Symbiotic relationship with complex power dynamics ftw.

I'm totally drawing her fanart. Partially because I love her stuff, and partially because I REALLY WANT HER TO CONTINUE. lol ( ... )

I'm always half/half on whether Atem actually wanted to go. : / On one hand, I know he genuinely liked Yuugi and wanted to be with him. On the other hand, Atem himself was very dissatisfied with "being stagnant"... and he understood that Yuugi would never display his full potential while he was around protecting him. Yuugi had grown too dependent, and Atem was holding him back. And that seemed to get to him ( ... )
