People gave you flack for it though?! That's ridiculous. Those people should be ashamed of themselves. That fic covers a topic which is generally implied in the manga, but never really covered in detail. Because yes. Yuugi DOES start magically wearing questionable clothes immediately after getting possessed, and nobody comments on it. And nice bondage shirts are expensive. XD;

Also yes to the dead bodies. Dude in the diner got set on fire. It wasn't implied that he lived through it. >_> People! Yugioh was supposed to have been a horror manga! That's what makes it interesting! All the gay helps too.

Sorry, I think I read that fic during my "fangirl rage" period where I tore through your entire ff.net archive, and had to physically restrain myself from commenting on EVERYTHING so as not to be a creepy stalker. haha But yes, I loved that fic to bits too. It changed my head canon for the entire series, and made me go re-read the manga to check if you were on crack for implying that it was Yami's fault Yuugi turned into amazing bondage boy. And you know what, YOU WERE RIGHT. The manga completely supports your fic.

haha At least it was polite, civil flack? XD I can kinda see where the girl is coming from, but Yami really doesn't remember anything at all, not even that he's Egyptian in the first place. So... not so much. His sense of justice early on in the manga is something like "Yuugi hurt. Yami MAD! YAMI SMASH!" Really, the only wrong he knows is Yuugi suffering. His sense of justice at that point is almost like that of a child's. Where, who cares if the punishment outweighs the crime. You did wrong, you deserve this.

(Interesting side note, small children are MUCH less freaked out by the Grimm Brother's fairytales than adults are, because kids know that "if you do bad, you deserve to get punished". No moral gray area there.)

I have to say that this made me laugh: "He'd play a penalty game with himself and win." XD;;; WHY DOES IT SOUND LIKE A CHUCK NORRIS LINE?! (There is no chin beneath Chuck Norris' beard, only another fist.) Or like one of those "The most interesting man in the world" commercials.

Great, now Yami is Chuck Norris/That bearded dude from the alcohol commercial in my mind. =__=;
