hangover
I had no idea how much I missed being drunk. Due to all the bizarro medical stuff I've had going on lately, I was avoiding alcohol in hopes of cutting my body a little slack.
However, I let 'er rip last night and actually am a bit steadier today. I get a full weekend off this weekend, and it's going to rule! Been working too much OT lately, which I think is a major part of me feeling crappy.
My family is coming through town Sunday afternoon and leaving Monday morning. My parents are escorting my brother to Pennsylvania where his fiance and he are planning to set up their new life together. I'm excited for him and it will be nice to chat with the fam on MY turf. Though I imagine his getting hitched (and being 5 years younger than me) is going to increase the parental pressure on me getting married as well, not to mention their savage desire for grandchildren.
Alas, it will be a fun time with the pentecostals..
