6/12/04 Still truckin'
Another load has been lifted.
My role in the recording/mixing/mastering of the new Caustic Soul album is finished.
It sounds amazing, and is due out in late August, complimented by what we're planning as our hugest show EVER as a CD-release party. Stay tuned!
The Jetta is still immobile. Mikey and Dave saw it this morning, and poked fun at the "ghetto pimp ride" factor the new wheels add. HA! You guys are just jealous. ;p
The good news is that the place I ordered the wheels from were supposed to have included the spacers my car requires. They didn't (which sucks), but they are sending the correct ones to me free of charge (which is cool). They'll be here the end of next week, (which sucks).. so I'm on foot for a week, which isn't so bad.
I'm very sore from my workout yesterday, and am rather unnerved by the fact that I'm still shaky. I'm used to being sore after lifting, but the shakes are bad. It is the weekend, though, which is the weekly anniversary of when I stopped taking the Lexapro. Funny how over a month later, the date I stopped dosing is still a day filled with odd sensations. (mostly uncomfortable ones)
Work was slow today. I work tomorrow as well, which is gonna be difficult. I'm a trooper, professionally, until I get too exhausted. Once I'm burnt-out, it's a long road to get back to a positive outlook.
Well, gotta run. Need to do more cleaning at the old apartment. I'm nearly finished. Being out of there will be another weight off my shoulders, and the conclusion of a bittersweet chapter of my life. Ahhh.. what wild days living in a filthy dungeon. /sigh ;D
