100_ghosts, which ran a "seven deadly sins" challenge.
Title: Pat-a-cake
Rating/Genre: G, gen, pre-series
Prompt: Greed
He flinches when she calls him over. He won’t meet her gaze, even when she kneels to his level. “Dean,” she says. “You know everyone's only allowed one cupcake?”
He nods jerkily.
“Lisa said you took two,” she prompts. Dean reddens, but he stays silent.
“It’s only fair that everyone gets one, right?”
Another jerky nod, with an earnest: “yes’m.”
Rules be damned; he looks so miserable she lets him go back to his desk unsearched.
She spots Dean with the first grader during lunch. Icing and crumbs are scattered down their shirts, and she turns away, fighting a smile.

Title: Warding off the dawn
Rating/Genre: NC-17/PWP, pre-series
Pairing: John/Ellen/Bill
Prompt: Gluttony
They should have been asleep hours ago, but she’s drowning in sensation: Bill behind her, inside her, rocking; John teasing her lips, her breasts, her cunt -- she comes so hard her vision whites out.
They cover her with kisses and blankets, settling together beside her, but they can’t keep their hands off each other any more than she can stop drinking in the sight of them. Bill rolls onto his back, and when John starts the slow push in, they all groan.
Sleep be damned: Ellen leans over, nipping Bill's ear, and lets the arousal pull her down again.

Title:Wrath: past and to come
Rating/Genre: G, Gen, pre-series
Prompt: Wrath
“The world doesn't revolve around some history test!”
They’ve been here two months.
“My grades do!”
It’s enough time for Sammy to make friends, to wrap his teachers around his little finger. It’s enough time for Dad to get restless, and for the arguments to become screaming matches. Dean moves cautiously into the battle zone.
“Hey, guys…”
“Stay out of this.” Dad barely glances in Dean’s direction. Sammy’s not looking for backup: he’s holding his ground, matching Dad’s glare.
Dean flinches, steps back out of the line of fire. The yelling follows him all the way out of the apartment.

Title: Free falling
Rating/Genre: PG (language, angst) Gen
Prompt: Sloth
Notes: Ties in with part four of
Five times Dean nearly sold his soul, but can stand alone.
His mobile won’t stop ringing. Dean curls away from the noise, drags the covers over his head. There’s sunlight outside, but he’s not sure what day it is. He should be getting up, but everything aches.
“We can cover more ground if we split up,” Dad had said, except he won’t stop calling. Not that it’s like dad to foster a sense of trust. Dean presses the heels of his hands into his eyes.
“Fuck off,” he whispers, because he can say it to Dad’s ringtone. After a while, the phone cuts out. The silence isn’t any easier to bear.

Title: The cat’s in the cradle, and the silver spoon…
Rating/Genre: G, pre-series, Sam/Jess
Prompt: Envy
John pulls into the parking lot overlooking the park and kills the engine. He should be getting back to the motel, but…
They’re sitting under the trees, textbooks around them. Sammy still slouches, but he looks bigger, somehow. She’s talking animatedly, and Sammy throws his head back and laughs. John’s heart squeezes; it’s been a lot longer than six months since he heard that sound.
He watches them, telling himself it’s lingering anger twisting his gut, but it’s not anger making his eyes burn when she rests her head on Sammy’s chest, or when Sammy touches her long, blonde hair.

Title: He ain't heavy
Rating/Genre: R (implied sex), Sam/Dean
Prompt: Lust
Dean's done hard sex: the sort that leaves scratches and bite marks and leaves you a little unsteady when you get up to find your clothes. Hell, he's probably done it more with Sam than most of the women he's bedded. The difference about sex-with-Sam is knowing the room's paid means there's no post-sex rush. That's all.
Sam mumbles in his sleep and rolls over, half sprawling over Dean. He's heavy, but Dean doesn't shove him off. If Dean slides his fingers into Sam's hair, and maybe wraps an arm around Sam's shoulders, there's no one to see but him.

Title: Proud
Rating: G
Spoilers: Phantom Traveler, Devil's Trap, IMToD, AHBL2.
He can tell strangers, can tell the world through his voicemail, but face-to-face with his boys, the words stick in his throat.
They lodge there until the demon forces them out, and John's never been prouder than when Dean raises the Colt to John's chest.
When John does say it, his heart aches as Dean flinches and braces for the blow that John delivers as gently as he can.
In the end, "I'm so proud" can't begin to cover it, even if he could speak. He holds their gaze, lets I love you pour out of him, and it's enough.
