(no subject)
...and what an exciting week it has been!
what did i do?
well, on tuesday i went to life drawing class for the first time. i wasn't nervous on the way, but when we got there i was a little freaked out by the fact that there was a naked woman in the room, and no one was talking about it. the class was made up of the high school art people, and then all these senior citizens. it was great, as the class progressed i got better and better at my drawings. after each 20 minute pose, we walked around and had a critique, which was exciting because i got useful comments from some of the more experienced artists.

yesterday was a crappy day. i woke up at 7:30am on a saturday morning for my cleveland youth wind symphony audition, and then rushed to the high school for the game. in akron i tried to calm down some people in a fight before we got on the field to do our half-time show, and i just got yelled at. the weather sucked, and nobody really wanted to get pumped for the game because buchtel's band had only ten people in it, versus our 300. last night was nice though, i saw yet another american desi-ish kind of movie, myron's recommendation. then our power went out, even though there was no storm in sight. when i looked outside, i saw the brightest full moon in my life (it was as if there were stadium lights in my backyard), it was abnormal! i thought an alien abduction was taking place :-P
...i had my wind ensemble and CYWS I seating auditions within a period of 4 days; both were decent. i hope i've moved up from where i was last year.
what else?
i saw high school drama die faster than ever before!
and...i failed at being a rebel with lizzy, yet again!
