This is my life...
Okay... so it's been forever since I last wrote in here. Um lets see. My computer has finally and forever died. I turned it on the other day and sparks came flying out of it. I have disassembled it and marked it for the dumpster. So, needless to say, until I get a replacement I will be on line only at limited and unusual times. I know that will make some of you very happy!
Work is going well. I developed a cold with a throat problem the last day or so. Yesterday was fun trying to talk on the phone 8 hours with a sore throat, but I now have 3 days off to get over it. Bring on the cold medications!!!
My psychiatrist, after being told by me that I refused to take them anymore, has wisely removed me from the Lithium he had me on. I told him I was tired of being physically ill every time I took them (which was twice a day). I also informed him that I had not been taking them every time I was supposed to for about the past 3 weeks. So, he agreed that I can officially stop taking them. I will go for about a month without replacing them with anything to see how my mood has changed (or not) since moving down here. HOpefully he will not have to put me on a substitute. So far, so good!!
The girls are doing OK. They have been upset about never talking to their father lately. So I called him and left a msg that I needed to talk to him. He called back while I was at work and talked to the girls for a little bit. He also called this morning and talked to me about them, and what they expect. I doubt this will work, as we have had this conversation before, but at least the girls can't say I did not try.
Jojo or r0bert If either of you read this can you please tell broken (#hell) that I miss him and I haven't been on because my computer went to hell finally? Much appreciated!!
Jojo - ALso please say hi to Chris for me... I read about his grandma, and I am sorry to hear that things were tense and that his grandma is gone. Hope things look better for him soon. I am assuming things are well for you as I did not see anything disastrous in your LJ... that Miss Cho thing sounds hilarious I will have to look for it.
