For as long as anyone can remember, the two faerie kingdoms on either side of the River of Glass have been fighting over a sacred island in the middle of the river that is known as the Floating World. Many rumors about its supreme power and ancientness have been spread across the dual kingdoms - thus causing the two to want its power for their own; therefore waging war on each other. All the lands have known for centuries is war; however, when the newest generation of rulers find that the reason for warring over this sacred land is a rather vain and idiotic one, they decide to change this violence for peace. Will they be able to turn back time to nearly a millennium ago when the lands prospered, or will this never ending war continue on without ceasing?
