I listen to music while doing other things, so it's more a matter of whether the music added enjoyment to the things I was doing, than whether the time was well spent. Generally, I was either doing things I wanted to do, so it was well spent, or things I was paid for, so it was probably well spent.
I'd say it's a safe estimate to say that I watch about three movies in the course of a month. Assuming they run around 100 minutes, that's 3600 minutes a year, or about 2.5 days. If it takes me 10 minutes to go to the bathroom, I probably spend more time in the bathroom than I do watching movies in a given year. This is so trivial that it hardly matters if the time was well spent, but since the movies either amuse me or provide a setting for socialization, I'd generally regard it as time well spent.
I barely watch any TV, because the commercials are sufficient to tip it into the "wasted time" category. I used to watch non-commercial TV, and I still download some series. My TV time is probably even less time than movies, these days, and if I didn't consider it a good use of my time, I wouldn't do it.
I like reading fiction, and I feel that the enjoyment I get is worth the effort. Again, it's a matter of the game being worth the candle. As to how much time I spend on it, I think the answer is generally "not as much as I'd like", but I'm getting better about that.
