School time!

Went to the first meeting of my class last night. I'm only taking one course this semester because I have 2 old incomplete classes that I need to finish. Hopefully this will allow me to get those completed and perhaps even get a job! Yay, money! Decided I really love evening classes and what the hell was I thinking when I thought they would be inconvenient. The class I'm taking, Intro to Classical and Prehistoric Archaeology, only meets once a week because the class is three hours long. The price of parking is outrageous! Class was great, though! Prof seems pretty cool and the lecture was fascinating. The time just flew by, amazingly. He also lets us have a little break in the middle too, which is excellent because I had no idea how I'd make it through three hours without a cigarette or a pee! hee. My hand did cramp a little bit from all the writing though. Have much to think about: European Archaeology as compared to American Archaeology (read: Anthropological Archaeology), Post-modernism, and the different schools of thought within the various disciplines that are, in one way or another, often interconnected.

Gone on Diet. Am starving.
