Shiba lo ma (ask a korean what that means)
It's been a long time folks. Let's see... Christmas, huh? I was able to call a few people... at 3 in the morning ya'lls time. I sat around listening to music all day and grubbin on the cookies my ma sent. A few days before, myself, two american friends (1 black, 1 chinese), and 2 korean buddies, went into downtown Daegu (Taegu), a city about 3 hours south of Seoul, South Korea. We went into one clothing store similar to Express, but much more inexpensive (not sure if I said that right). We were just lookin around, the chinese guy lookin for gifts for his then soon visiting wife. One of the sales clerks were following us around and talkin with one the korean guys that came with us, and apparently thought that were all part of a band, and for some reason thought I was the lead singer. After leaving, the korean guys were trying to get me to go back and get her number (she was cute, I probably shoulda grab my balls and did it... oh well). Later we went into another, larger department store, again lookin around. Near the time we were leaving, (spent more than an hour in the 9+ story store) a little girl and her friend, looked about 13 or 14 to me (one of the korean guys told me later that she was about 16 or 17, these folks look really young), started speakin to me in hongul (korean language). The korean guy translated it and told me she wanted a picture with me. We took the picture and she seemed all excited and thanked me, then she and her friend walked of talkin and lookin at the picture... A very new experience. Maybe I look like someone famous around here. My buddy, the black guy with us, said she probably took it back to her teacher as proof that chocolate men really existed... That's gotta be it!!
