Sometimes Spike is so Lestat it hurts.
I absolutely would not have done with him what they have, but I'm finding that I actually do like where it's gone so far. Mind you, I've only just watched 702, so there's still plenty of time for them to bollix it up...
I don't know if I'll ever completely forgive Wesley for what he did, though. Maybe someday I'll be able to adequately explain why his crime was more contemptible than Spike's, but I'm going to continue to just go with my gut for the moment and analyze later when I have the mental energy.
Also, Lorne-Baby had better have a damn good reason for what HE is (or rather, is not) doing at the moment...
(Are they ever freakin' planning on putting him in the title sequence?! I mean, why do some actors get added pretty much the moment they first show up, but others are regulars for bloody ever before they get the credit?)
Still not as bad as Battlestar, though, since they take turns pissing me off and then (at least to this point) redeem themselves after not too very much time.
