Oh my gods, no more TARDISes. Ever. As soon as I debug this thing, I'm DONE.
Twilight - the BS8 arc, not the...other thing - was I think pretty amazing, if not also ever so slightly baffling and aggravating. "Buffy Has F#©$ing Superpowers" was especially good. I always love it when writers treat Dawn like a legitimate character who deserves to be given things to do and amusing lines ("Oh, jeeze. I just figured out what they were doing. Losers.")
Unfortunately, I then - without thinking it through - put in "Surprise" and "Innocence." Between that plot and Twilight, a lot of the work that has been done to make me like that one character who is kind of unbearable in both was undone. ::siiiigh::
I'm so glad I am running behind on BS8 and keeping up with the Angel comics. The chronology is terribly annoying, with the two different publishers on two completely different schedules. I love the way certain things are fitting together, and the fact that canon is being pretty well defined and certain things are being grandfathered in...but it would have been really nice if they had been released in the order they were meant to be read.
