RP Aggravations - Recruitment
I'm going to be taking a variety of factors into consideration for the players who want to be recruited. These factors aren't going to be counted just at the start of the recruitment - I'm taking them into consideration for one sure recruit right now. Were I to know more about the other recruits, they would be tested in the same manner.
Writing quality is part of it, yes. But there are other parts.
Patience.
Communication.
Sociability.
Traits that should be displayed anyways. This recruit has lost points in two of those areas. They didn't have an excuse, either. The board has its own method of communication that, were it used, would not require external software installed. This recruit has used said service to decide, with another RPer, to forego the stage of contacting me and simply cast out for another player of their levels.
Players, I might add, which are increasingly rare.
How do I know? The online list sees all. We'll see the replies that I get. And where this goes in the future.
