After a week of that particular kind of bullshit (the I-don't-want-to-yet-have-to kind), I am SO happy to be back in my domain, alone and bumping my head to, of all the songs on iTunes, Love Game. And am not even caring.
The beat to that shit is soooooo fitting for the rest of this battle scene. Maybe at the end of it I'll use Break Down or Fire, but for now it's that dance crap.
School is also OVER. O-V-E-R-M-O-T-H-E-R-F-U-C-K-E-R. Got an 80 (converting from the American grading standard to the Canadian standard dropped my mark by a whopping 12, ouch), which is better than a 66.
It also qualifies me for Honours this year.
Both semesters.
Fuck. Yes!
That's two years in a row now. Granted, last year's averages were higher, but they also didn't have marks beyond an 88, or below an 80.
Let's see, this year's marks were *logs in to the school system to snatch them*
Functions(Math): 80%
English: 89% (basturd >.>)
French: 86%
Chemistry: 70%
2nd Semester Average: 81.3%
Computer Programming: 90%
Music: 90%
Introduction to Accounting: 90%
Biology: 82%
1st Semester Average: 88%
Looks like the sciences weren't my thing. Then again, they never really were. English has that addendum because the exam marker had it out for me, considering I wrote a near-flawless exam and went in with a 93. Next year's courses should be fun, mainly because it's a nice balance of work and play.
Advanced Functions, Calculus/Vectors, Computer Programming (university level), English (again, university level), Philosophy, Writer's Craft(yay!!!).
That Philos is gonna be a Music if they open it up, or French/Senior Accounting if they don't (depends on what mood I'm in on the day of the course switch), Philos was a placeholder and I don't plan on asking/answering any deep questions.
Marking's too subjective there, anyways.
Writing two posts and doing 8 loads of laundry simultaneously, WHEEEEEEEEEE!~
home sweet home,
