Yesterday during my post-op appointment I got an OK to go back to normal activities.
After getting a steroid shot in my shoulder last week and not doing PT for two weeks I had a really good almost pain free PT session today. Three more to go then I will just be working on my own at home.
Get through my quarterly blood work and several dental appointments and maybe I'll be through with doctors and hospitals for awhile. Quite awhile I hope. Enough is enough. : )
Now to have fun working on belly dancing, drumming, flower beds, WH and other interesting projects.
