Wheeeee! Look what I have!
Yum yum yum, it has pocketses and everything! It's vintage prettiness, it's a sewing project to keep me amused, and made in plain black gabardine it's a new dress for work! As if I have to justify it any further, it was also £1.59 including postage! O, how I love the 'bay :D
Slightly less practical and justifyable though, is this:
But, come on guys, I neeeeeeded it. It's cute as a bunny's nose! I'll have make it ridiculously frilly and floral, and bake lots of dessert pies in it.
My current pattern-lust object is this one:
Vogue 8280 - it's a very passable imitation of the Roland Mouret "Galaxy Dress" that I fell in love with a few years ago. Do I need another incentive? Here's one anyway:
