I read about L.A.Banks over on Cherie Priest's LJ here, where Cherie most eloquently pleads for help for a fellow writer with a major health issue, no insurance, and rapidly mounting medical bills. Click here to see more.
Not being familiar with L.A.Banks' works, I asked Google. Not only is she a neighbor, (I'm not all that far from Philadelphia) but she's someone whose books I shall soon find and read.
