Good Swedish summer weather we had rain the first day we came so we went out and bought a cheap umbrella. Guess what ...
Apartment hotel was scruffy with worn textiles. bad ventilation and even worse lighting. In the name of energy saving, they had fitted low-energy bulbs in fittings that was supposed be just down lights. The result was blinding 60 W icicles hanging from the ceiling in random spots. The kitchen(ette) was the worst planned ever and you had that icicle in the back so you saw nothing.
The rest was great. A little levada-walking, a little strolling in town, a few days driving around, a few days at the pool.
More being than doing which I like. Actually finished four books and I'm a slow reader.
The worst bit was coming home to a snowing Stockholm. I could get used to 15 C as the worst that could happen.
Vacations have a boring habit of ending though.
