I love seeing Judaism in such strange ways

I love driving to work on a Sunday morning at about 10 AM and seeing a woman jogging in an IDF t-shirt.

I love walking outside and looking to my left, seeing 2 men in kepot sitting in their car.

I love looking out Julia's window, seeing her Israeli neighbor wearing Israeli 'short shorts' watering his flowers.

I love seeing people everyday wearing the Star of David around their necks, or on a bracelet. I love looking at people's credit cards when they come to buy a drink and seeing their last names: "Goldberg", "Stein", "Rosenblum"

I love that even though I am not in Israel, Judaism is still all around me. I love how much that has been a comfort to me for these past 18 years.
