Some rant today, just people being... depressing.
I usually try to do things at work that people don't like, or jobs that I know I'm good at so I know they will get done right. Usually I take down the hot bar at the KFC I work at. Some one wrote me for taking down the salad bar. I'm not really familiar (I AM NOW!) with how to do that, so I told the manager. Manager said that we could switch.
Apparently, he did not get this memo, because he eventually told me 'HOW MANY ORDERS HAVE YOU PACKED TODAY' and wretched the hot bar cart out of my grasp.
Sad to say, he did it, and did a half ass job. I'm probably going to get blamed for it in the morning when I work the early shift.
If you're going to take some one's job, at least try to do it well.
