Everyone is allowed to be emo every once and a while.

And if he's kissing you and acting like he likes you, he should treat you like a princess, or at least a good friend. Which he isn't. you'd stop hanging out with a friend that would leave you hanging like that, why not a guy? Talk to him, tell him how you feel, because as much as you may not believe it, your feelings are validated. I love you, call me anytime.

I've said this way more than once, but I think I'll say it again about maybe it'll sink in, my love. You really do need to not fall so hard for a guy. I know it's hard, I know you are so generous and wear your heart on your sleeve but it seems to be getting you into a lot of heartache and trouble. He would put you first in front of everything if he really wanted a relationship. He NEEDS to treat you like a princess *like Mara said* even if the title of "boyfriend/girlfriend" isn't there.
