And it's pretty much a claiming list. The best I can fully describe it is:
-You request to claim a character, if all the slots for said character aren't taken, you're added.
-After being added, you take the code in the text boxes (or choose one you like the most if there's more than one code) and place it somewhere on or in your journal. Most place them in specified entries while others sometimes place them on their profiles somewhere.
