I'm Sorry But You're Just Not That Entertaining
Can someone tell me why the WNBA is still around. Please. It seems like ESPN has has been trying to cram that down our throat for years. It is BORING. I am finally getting into watching basketball, but I can't stomach WNBA. There is no dunking, everyone passes constantly, no one drives it to basket, and there is virtually no successful defense despite the numerous attempts to swat the ball. I understand this is a niche sport, but why does it's playoffs and finals have to broadcasted on ESPN. I like a niche sport, (Sumo Wrestling), but I don't realistically expect it to take off here. That being said, if I keep seeing sub-par sports televised like WNBA, LPGA, and Dart Championships, I'm starting a petition to get Sumo Wrestling on television.
