A LJ entry from me to my friends of the internet.
I don't know why I'm reentering university. I really don't. Like yesterday was the first day and everything. So I'm technically a 'fresher' again. Which pisses me off.
Guess I'll stick around until I get sick of the whole thing and decide to quit again! Not that quitting the last time was my choice or anything, but hey.
Ended up buying 3 XMen comics for no reason other than Chris Bachalo art. Seriously I read them and have no idea what the story is or who half of the cast is. But the art is eyecandy! I have to pimp the Malta Comics shop in Sliema because seriously it's the bomb. The fact that it has open book racks where I can grab stuff with my grubby paws and look and leaf through totally sells it to me. Madhouse might have the 'Cheers' atmosphere when the regulars are around to chew the fat, but the owner is a patronising asshole and frankly I'm all for bargains. LM1.12 for a monthly pamphlet where everyone else charges LM1.50? SOLD!
Who-wee my life sure is exciting! And I haven't got to the bit with the two new sketchbooks on which I haven't drawn anything yet. That one will blow your socks off, let me tell you. Or the bit where I changed the name, subtitle and layout of this ole LJ again!
