pros - awesome area, Kits! Woo!
cons - rent a bit pricey - I do not fit the roommates "preference" meaning I am under 23 years old and I am a dude.
Option #2:
49th and Fraser, Oakridge

pros - cheaper rent than what I'm paying now - three guys my age (maybe this should be in cons?) - the one guy, Matthew, purchased a premium membership on Easyroommate.com just so he could read my message, that shows commitment!
cons - a bit far from downtown... about 50-ish blocks - have to start paying rent in August to secure the space even though I don't move in until September. Ouch.
A fly was very close to being called a land because that's what it does half the time.
