ahh...it felt good to write poetry and a song in the middle of the night. that's when it comes to me, art art i want you, art i think it's pretty hard not to. I'm delighted to be going to Memphis next week. I'd really like to have time to really rehearse and be ready for it and have a nice set list to go. So far it's "Truly I Do," "Cop a Feel," "I'm Sure You're Hip," "Nostalgia," and I should practice "Sometimes Love is a Joke," - Maybe "Christopher" I'm not sure what else...
But regardless, in the long hall, I want a single on the radio and i want a single on television on a show or something. I want some advice from Tom. I want to buy a new studio setup.
I want to research that and get that setup. I want to not worry about money. I'm glad i quit the job with Kim though it was difficult because the accomodations (the office) was sooooo nice and delicious. but I'm more excited to turn a new page. I have a lot of work to do (transcribing, research project for local author, rehearsing) so i better get some sleep, finally.
