Happy 4th to all you all! I am having people over for a BBQ tomorrow. Would you mind sharing your menu? I'd love to get some ideas since I have not even shopped yet!

Menu? heh. We BBQ'd a steak for Paul and chicken for me (before hand we marinate them for about an hour), and I made some potato salad, and also a yummy green salad. That is it. No big thing, cuz it was just us!

What did you use as a marinade for the chicken? I am thinking of doing chicken too for the group. We have 6 adults and 3 kids (they get chicken nuggets). I am kinda scared but excited!

Do you not usually cook or something? This time, I just used some honey dijon sauce, but sometimes I use other sauces...you can buy them at the store--its easy!
