Fried cream cheese tomatoes. And something extra.XP
I had already read the recipe beforehand
here, and remembered it when I saw beautiful tomatoes when I was in the supermarket with my mom. I completely forgot the flour, so I just went ahead, dipped in the egg and then coated with panko. They still turned out awesome. :D I love the creamy herb and garlicky taste, and I seem to have fallen in love with breading things using panko. Hahaha!
Of course, I had leftover egg and panko. I mixed them together, coated some basil leaves and fried them as well. Good use for leftovers.
