(no subject)
Last night i went to fencing, but only two people showed up so we canceled practice and i went over to toms house. Tom lives with three other college age guys in a house near the College Station ghetto. Yes, we really do have a ghetto, but you don't know about it until you drive into it and then well... you are lost. College students do NOT live in the ghetto.
So anyway, Tom and his roommates had a fire going in the front yard (apparently no home-owner's association) and so we played with fire and roasted marshmallows until it was movie time. We watched Batman Begins, which was actually quite good. I was amazed.
Now, guess WHERE we had movie night! Guess! Oh you'll never guess!
ON THE ROOF!
It was pretty fun.
And now some words about my Econ 323 Prof:
Dr. Tian talking about our grades : I want everyone to get the goal grade, a C for economics majors and a D for other majors. "But still you must keep in mind the optimal GDP"
And a break though that was nine weeks in the making: When Dr. Tian says "Convolution" he means "conclusion."
Oh by the way:
The administration is stupid. They "forgot" to set a time for the second chinese class next semester. Grr.
