A four year old. With her own cell phone.
Sweet Jesus, what is the world coming to? What on earth does a child that young need a cell phone for? I can understand a parent wanting to get one for a pre teen or teen. . . there are few pay phones left anymore, and the kids might need to call and say "soccer practice was cancelled," or "the movie got out early and we need a ride."
But a 4 yr old? It's not like she goes to the mall without mom or dad, is it???
