Together We Are Proud, TOGETHER WE ARE -
So, anahita_devine and I went to our school's football game on Friday. (The only night game of the year. At our school, at least.)
Important Point 1: We suck, frankly. We're an academic school.
Important Point 2: We played Rockville, who, no offense to anyone from that town, SUCKED EVEN MORE.
Important Point 3: We won, 35-0. There were two absolutely STUNNING interceptions from #45, who also ended up eating frozen turf later in the game. Anahita_devine's soul-mate did a semi-wrestling tackle that was, honestly, beautiful. One-handed, no less.
Important Point 4: OHIWTHI *spazz* My lab partner = hotness on a stick. He lifted up his jersey to wipe his face at some point and I sort of melted. Poor anahita_devine, having to be friends with someone suffering from permanent brainlessness. I don't know how she deals with me. XD
Important Point 5: My first live football game, although I've seen enough games on TV to last me a lifetime. And it was SO FUN. Seriously. Even the 30 degree weather and suckiness of our cheerleaders and the presence of the Smelly Lurker in the sound booth could not mitigate the ultimate joy of the event.
CONCLUSION: WHOOT, MORE GAMES!! (Go Warriors!)
