So... this is livejournal, right? :P
I've turned into a lurker! I've been reading everyone's journal for the past few months, promise... just haven't really been up to writing.
This isn't gonna be much of an update at all, but more so a call for help for the time being.
I'm looking for a suggestion or two..
I'm planning an event in which at least four hours of fun music is needed. two hours or so of dinner music (I'm thinking some wonderful jazz, and some of my motown faves), and then at least 4 hours or so of good-time-dance music.
I need some help filling that four hours (or even the two during dinner)
If you have a moment or two, could you list a few songs that you'd love to hear at a dance? Stuff that would get you dancing on the floor (or tables, even)... Crowd pleasers and toe teasers? (it worked in my head.. rhymes. .heh...) Do you guys remember much of Keith and Gary's lineups for those of you who've attended their functions? Do you have fun songs that remind you of things that have happened in our past? ...I want it all!
What about slow dance songs too?
I need this stuff all by friday, so feel free to post anytime. :)
