I'm Sarah. I think you've read my most recent fic attempts, but choice_driven is a project my friend and I are attempting, though we haven't written lately due to other committments :D
Good to see you again, Sarah! I took a quick look at choice-driven and think the idea is fabulous. Need to read this. Hope you get some time to work on it after the rush of graduation. Thanks for stopping by! Maggie.
I know you've already got my wellymuck fic in queue, so I won't rec you anything else. I did just want to stop by and say hello, though, and note that I, too, needed years of higher education, which I thought had beaten any and all inclination to write creatively out of me, to discover that I really did enjoy writing this stuff.
Oh, and tea. Have I finally found another grad student who doesn't drink coffee?

As I suggested to miss__sophia below, I really think that academics ought to be required to write both fiction and non-fiction about their topic. You explore different types of details and complexities with each, but you have to know what your big idea is before you make the transition. (Too many of us have long since lost the big idea, I suspect, and could use the reminder.)
And coffee or tea? Tea, by all means! (Though in moments of desperation I sometimes drink sweetened, flavored coffee and am dismayed to find out how much more productive it makes me.)
Hi! I'm Nessa. You already read my fic today, so I won't worry about reccing anything right now. It's too late for me to be thinking clearly anyway, which is pathetic as it's only 8:45, but I'm tired!
I'm Jo. I've been around LJ too long and reading R/S for far too long. But I am still damn amused by all of it :D And I'm willing to wait patiently for the next part of your wellymuck story. Every thing else about me was in my 'reintroduction post of doom' back in January: Here there be monsters. And yeah, that's pretty much me.

Here's to tea-powered dissertations!

Thanks for following the series! This is actually a very bad time of year for wellymuck, isn't it? I'm looking forward to the next one of these.
Thanks for introducing yourself! Maggie
