A very happy birthday to minnow_53! Do you know how you start reading fanfic online and you have no idea who wrote it or where it came from, you just read it, like you would a book or a magazine article, and only gradually do you realize that many of the brilliant folks who wrote the fic that drew you into fandom are still around, still writing, still growing themselves? I discovered Minnow's amazing fic early on, and she still has that half-mythic status for me. I always feel like I learn something from your writing, Minnow. Thanks for teaching me.
