2nd Mutation [Voice / Action]

Would someone care to explain what exactly is going on here?

[Erik is very, very unhappy.

Do you know why he is unhappy?

Because his clothes are distinctly un-princesslike. And so he is at the clothes shop, trying to find himself a dress befitting of the grace and beauty of Princess Dragneto.]

princess dragneto, #fairytales, hate my life, i do not like it

[And as Princess Dragneto searches for a new dress, the narrator will begin to speak from within the store of his endeavors.]

Oh, how said a tale this was. The princess, unable to find clothes befitting of what he desired. Were the colors not right, or did it simply not fit his frame. Such a shame, a princess without a dazzling dress.

[Erik's back stiffens and he whips around to glare at the source of the voice.]

I suggest you keep such thoughts to yourself.

The princess angrily spoke to no one. How curious that he would.

[Smiiiirk. This isn't a fourth-walling fairytale HEH.]

Was the princess perhaps losing his head? Regardless, he still needed to find a dress. Surely there would be a ball, or something like that, which he would have to attend. After all, how else would he find his true love prince without the perfect gown?

[Erik splutters, every witty line and sharp comeback dying on his tongue at the reminder that he is a princess and princesses don't talk back.

And princesses certainly don't grab the nearest metal clothes rail and impale someone on them. Unfortunately.]

[...Good.]

And so the princess went back to looking for a new dress!

[ಠ_ಠ that means you, Erik.]

[GDIT.

Frustrated, Erik goes back to the clothes rail. He'll ignore the irritating, weird person while he's shopping.]

[Good princess. Now back to narrating.]

There were many dresses of every sort in the store. Some short, some large, some bright, some dark. Those with lace, and those with frills. So many dresses, how would the princess ever choose?

[In a very unprincesslike manner, Erik's hand crushes the metal rail beneath his fingers.

Getting difficult to ignore there, buddy.]

Suddenly the metal rail broke! How odd it was. But, it would be fine. It would not stop the endeavors of the princess to find the perfect gown!

Will you go. Away.

[Erik snarls it from between his teeth, snapping the rail off and turning to face Bernkastel as the dresses cascade to the floor.]

[SIGH.]

Listen, I'm not enjoying this either. Do you think I'm interested in watching a grown man shop for dresses? Get over it, drama queen. This is how it goes in this place and you just have to suck it up.

[THAT BEING SAID.]

The princess was quite furious at this turn of events. All the beautiful dresses were now on the ground, dirtied and crumpled! Though he would not give up. He must have the perfect gown, in order to catch the eye of the prince he yearned for.
