TYG Cooks

She loves my kale salad with pomegranate seeds and thinks she'd like to eat it more regularly than I want to make it (it's a lot of work, and I'm not as much a salad fan as she is). So today I taught her to make it. We just missed the end of pomegranate season, but fortunately frozen seeds are a thing. Of course without that she has no idea how much work I really put in, but that's okay. She was pleased with the result, though she found fresh pom seeds much preferable.
This took a while, but it was worth it. And afterwards I made blueberry cobbler, mostly for me (TYG is not a blueberry fan). That took a while more, but even more worth it.
