I thought I would try a different hair dye, a powder based one which said it was red, cherry even. I even made sure my hair color, indicated by pictures and text on their piece of paper showed and said it would be a reddish hued color. My hair is black, I see no red....o well. I guess I will have to kill my hair with bleech if I want anything

once upon a time i dyed my hair a color that looked black indoors and a deep cherry red in sunlight.

Yah..i tried a midnight purple one time, and I got black in some light, purple highlights in others, and a wierd silvery look in direct sun. I actually liked having multiple colors to my hair.
