Fuck the fucking cops. Those motherfuckers have pulled me over 3 times in a few fucking months. FUCK THEM! Out of this three times that I have been pulled over, I can truley say I only agree with one of them

yo, you hear about that computer system that'll find stolen cars by taking pictures and processing license plates through an info network. catches car theives, but i read they expanded it in italy or france to speeding tickets and parking violations and tickets have doubled. the future doesn't bode well, since every person in the world's a criminal, even if they are innocent.
I agree, there was a feature in this months Popular Mechanics where they talk about city gov. using camaras put at stop lights to ticket red light runners. It says that some citys even reduced the yellow light time down from 4 senconds to 2 seconds so they could ticket more drivers. The result is more income for the city.
"Starting in decemeber, the british govt. began compling a database of info from thousands of cameras around the country. Using 35 million license-plate reads a day it will be able to pinpoint the location of every vehicle on British rodays. Can you say Big Brother?"
they're not going to get very far with that technology before they realize money needs to go into more important things. And our money is rapidly vanishing.
Unless of course they quarantine a few like in Brave New World and just spend any money on keeping that small population under control. Like a dystopia. And then say 'fuck everyone else'. But come on, do you really think we're going to be important enough to have our records viewed? The government don't have the manpower for that kind of organization!
I'd rather picture myself maybe partnered up with Mad Max in some fight against scummy gangs attempting to savor the order of civilization on a small scale in a futuristic society. But i digress... fuck the man. He ain't got shit on me.
The thing is that the money generated by these new systems in the form of violations that result in tickets will pay for these systmes many times over. It is a reality, it most likely will happen. What we have to worry about is the government abusing it, like they did in England, so they can know where any car is on the road at any point in time. And comon shortening yellow lights so the intersection produces more red light violaters? It's evil!
