Guess who's back..... back again.....
Recently, I knew that I needed to find myself again, and last night, I think I remembered who I am.
It sounds kinda odd, but I've been giggling excessively since about 11 PM, did yoga for an hour, went to bed giggly, woke up grinning, cackling and energetic. And it's hard not to look a little crazy to people this morning in the office... =)

This afternoon it has calmed to a gentle hum, but I was surprised and delighted at the massive surge of energy and aliveness last night.
