Campaign journals
So I am pretty much not using my livejournal as I was before. So I figured I try something new. Gonna post some of the campaign journals I have written over time of the Dragon's Delve campaigns.
The concept was simple. Two groups, group A and group B. The same megadungeon (20 levels, huge, written in part by Monte Cook, etc.). See how they deal with it in different ways.
Group A entails sna, jpdw,spacegeest and Michael.
Group B entails chaplainaldaris, Karin, bramhaze and Willeke.
Group A's sessions are generally 4 hours. Group B's sessions are generally 8 hours. Group A plays once every two weeks. Group B plays once a month.
I've written journals for my own memory, and for the dungeonaday forums (the megadungeon's site), so it has a lot of 'you have to know bits'. I will also not write down everything, because of spoilers.
At first I wrote long walls of text. Didn't have the time to keep that up, so I changed the concept to quicker meta-notes and photos! That doesn't kick in till after a whole slew of sessions though.
Anyway I figured I'd start posting the earlier sessions. As of this writing group A has had 21 session and group B has had 10.
I'll have to do some coverting to make them safe to post. :)
