so my friends,
it has been awhile, indeed. I sit here in my room at the interlochen arts academy, listening to my friend shout obscenities as something goes wrong with his laptop. it is currently 3:18 in the morning, and I am up... why? i have no idea, that's for damn sure. we're in the midst of parents' weekend, so moma and papa cohen are up here, which is nice indeed. we went shopping to get some essentials, i.e. throw pillows, rugs, nightstand, et cet. my room is now slightly fun to live in. slightly. but more to the point, interlochen seems to be going very well. at first i didn't know anyone, and i didn't even have a roommate to fall back on, so i was pretty lonely. but i've made lots of friends since. it's weird, i knew that my friends would change, but i never knew that they could change this quickly. i've gone through like 4 best friends already. best friend of the week. i guess it's cool. i kinda wish i had just one person to call my own. whatev. sorry if my mood seems pissed off, but i am. ugh, some people here are SO arrogant. makes me wanna kill them. anyway, moving on. but yah, it's quite fun here. i'm not spending too much money or anything, so my parents are pissed or anything. as far as boys go, noone so far. there's this kid daryn who i'm pretty much in love with as a friend, but i'm just not sexually attracted to. sux, because we'd make SUCH a cute couple. can't win them all. the academics aren't bad. mostly becuase i'm only taking english, french, and theory. i took a light load so that i could practice, we'll see how that one turns out. haha. but yah, i miss everyone. my phone isn't fucking working. every time i try to call someone, my mic doesn't work, so i can hear the person, but he can't hear me. fuckin sucks. so basicaly that's why i've been somewhat more incomunicado than normal. but if anyone wants to get in touch with me, you probably could try my dorm phone, which is 231 276 4595 . i wouldn't mind hearing from a couple of you guys i haven't heard from in a long time. so if you're bored and just skimming by this point, read this caps section. I LIKE IT AT INTERLOCHEN. I AM HAPPY.
