(no subject)
So my show was canceled at the haunted mansion after two performances. I have decided that the business part of my show will not be discussed here anymore since well ... its none of your fucking business, but since everybody wants to know what happened it was canceled because of the haunted mansions budget. Me and Kevin are still on good terms not like that's any of your business.
In other news after three years of practically the same costume I decided its time to change things up, so from now on I'm going to be experimenting, I think I have a pretty good idea of what the new makeup will look like, for a sneak peak I recommend going to the KMFDM show on Saturday where I will be giving it a test run. Note that I might be late since I might have a private party on Saturday. I think the new design will fit me better and besides, do you have any idea how much of a pain in the ass it is to apply white face over and over and over again?
In other news the piercing is coming along. At first it just hurt so damn much but now it doesn't really bother me. I have been using sutures since the IV needles my dad got me are just an accident waiting to happen. My next step is to learn how to sterilize my own equipment so I can start using bigger needles that are not used in hospitals. As for the new illusion that I have based the piercing around, I have almost completed the design. My good friend Steve Oakley wants to be a part of the process for it, and I think it would be awesome to get him involved since he has been working on his set design skills etc, and intends to start a business out of it. Last but not least, I am getting ready to apply for college. Now I have no idea as of this moment where I'm going to be going next year which is why I'm not sure what I'm going to be doing as far as magic goes next year... I would like to send my resume to a few places but am worried that school will make it impossible. My biggest concern is getting seasonal bookings since seasonal bookings = financial security, however the downside of this is that seasonal bookings = work and school kicking each others ass. If I have to commute 3 hours a day 3 days a week for 6 weeks while simultaneously being a freshman I will probably die...
I have lost contact with a lot of you, I don't update this thing much anymore. Anyway, if you are a friend of mine and I haven't talked to you since school started do me a favor and hit me up with an IM or comment here. I will speak to you all soon.
