No talk.
This Job rocks but let me just fill you in on how WONDERFUL Maryland is.
I drive 36 miles to work which takes me 2- 2 1/2 hours
I drive 36 miles home which takes me 2-3 hours
1 Gallon of Milk - $3.95
1 Gallon of Gas - $1.78-1.85
My last Grocery list:
1 loaf Bread - 1.75
1 dozen eggs - 2.60
1 gallon milk - 3.95
1 lb Butter - 1.95 (coupon)
4 lb hamburger - 12.48
4 Pork chops - 9.70
8 cans corn - 9.20
8 cans beand - 9.20
$50.83 for a week's worth of food... I guess I'm doing ok there but figure in that I'm spending $15 every 3 days in gas and an oil change every other month (which should be done more often due to "running time" on the idling engine.
It's so stupid expensive to live up here it's not funny.
And apartments up here closer to work START at around $1400 for a kitchen a dining room and a bedroom.
Efficencies are about 300 square feet and rent for about $900/mo with a 12 month lease.
So that settles it, I'm moving back to Richmond, the only question is when and where I'll find a job.
It's better anyway, this way I can go back to school and get that Doctorate in endorcinology that I've been hoping for... true I'll be 34 when I get out, but let's face it, you can't get anything that pays decent without a certificate you know?
Anyway, anyone want to hook me up with a job? lol
As an aside for my wakeboarding friends, I am planning on getting a new Hyperlite 140 this month. I've found that Asylum wake skate snow (
http://www.asylumwakeskatesnow.com ) has the best prices online, anyone know of anything better around?
I want a nice easy and slow ride because I'm still just a beginner (more or less lol) and the 2004 hyperlite 140/143 looks to be what I want.
bindings will be discussed at a later time ;)
okay TTYL, I'm out of here =]
