Glass Eye features the diverse expressions of 12 young Sydney-based photographers. The group were originally brought together by a common love of urban exploration in Sydney's industrial backyard; capturing the less-than-glossy side of Sydney's urban decay and forgotten spaces. In 2008 the group exhibited Rust and Skin; a photographic exploration into the textures of life and decay.
Now they come together a year on with new works to share; a broad spectrum including cityscapes, the urban underground; as well as portraiture, photojournalism and photo-art. The contemporary collection visually reflects the experience of living in Sydney, and current issues from across the globe. Entry is free and all are welcome.
