I enjoy the dynamic between two minor characters here, particulrarly because they're people we never saw interact in canon - it's a rare combination that works well. I like the characterization.

My only question - what does "RP" mean in this context?

Marcus Flint jumped in his chair. “Jesus Christ! Haven’ I told youse not t’do that?” he hissed, slipping out of his usual RP.

The only RP I know is "roleplay," which I don't think applies here. I'm sure I'm just missing the obvious, though.

I'm glad you liked it! I really wanted to present real characters that would make a potential couple, and I'm glad you liked them.

"RP" stands for received pronunciation -- it's the kind of accent you hear BBC news anchors or someone's doing a non-regional British accent. I assumed everyone would know it, but obviously I shouldn't have.

I think I'll change it to "Queen's English" or something.

Oh, love this one. I feel you gave us a new side to Susan that its not seen very often in either the book, movies, or fanfiction. I love Marcus here also, he was the same, but with a little more humanity to him. Lvoely!
